How does God respond to sin in our lives? Why is it important for us to know how God responds to our sins?

“God’s response to sin in our lives does not end with forgiveness, it is redemptive. He wants to redeem your life. That doesn’t just mean forgiveness. He wants to restore your life to what it can be when you are living in your relationship with him. The fact that Jesus didn’t condemn the woman doesn’t mean that he didn’t care about her sin. His intention was to redeem her life from the destructive nature of that sin and it’s the same with you.”
